Christmas CruXmas Challenge

The GCA is proud to announce a special event for this Christmas season at the King's Bastion Boulder Park!

 

We will be doing a community event where we will mark some challenging new boulder routes with tape, which you can try out for yourselves in your own time. No need to work around a schedule!

 

How it works:

 

1. Join the CruXmas WhatsApp group with this link: https://chat.whatsapp.com/GJKOd82d64WEppylx28Kli

    

2. Finish the boulder routes tagged with tape at any time (until 17th December)

    

3. Share a video on the CruXmas WhatsApp group to show us you did it

 

Points:

 

You win a point by finishing a route and filming yourself doing it. Prizes will be given out to those with the highest number of points.

 

Dates:

 

8 new boulder routes will be published on the WhatsApp group and GCA Instagram (@gca_climb_gibraltar) on the following dates:

 

• 29th Nov

• ⁠6th Dec

• 13th Dec

   

This leaves a total of 24 new routes to try!

 

Final Day:

 

Dress up Christmassy with us on Tuesday 17th December at 18:00 for that last day of group climbing for a chance to WIN YOUR PRIZES!

 

Recommended age to join is 15+, although younger people are welcome to come and give it a go as well!
